Paula-Marie Kanefendt and Sven Bergelt in conversation with Anna Voswinckel
comment . comment . comment
For comment . comment . comment, a project realized as part of the nGbK outreach scholarship, Paula-Marie Kanefendt and Sven Bergelt explored ways of initiating engagement with the action “Democracy Poll/Demokratische Erhebung” (1990) by artists’ collective Group Material based on materials from the nGbK archive. The principles of dialog and relationality play a central role—in the project, in the accompanying publication, and in the book launch.
In conversation with curator Anna Voswinckel, who has worked on nGbK projects including ... oder kann das weg? Fallstudien zur Nachwende, looking at the action from today’s viewpoint once again opens up spaces for reflection and enables a discussion of (dis-)continuities.
