Film workshop with rampe:aktion on the green land

In the film workshop Plaudernde Welten – Mundos parlantes (Chatting worlds), the collective rampe:aktion takes informal storytelling in togetherness – chatting, hanging out and getting bored in summer mode – as a starting point for audiovisual experiments on the history of the neighbourhood and beyond. The workshop is inspired by the technique of "mapas parlantes" (talking maps) used in the context of participatory action research in Colombia. "Mapas parlantes" make it possible to express one's own stories in pictures instead of words and thus to translate one's own memories into new narratives of the present and future. Together with the participants, rampe:aktion is taking this technique further with its own experimental film exercises in order to tell fictional and documentary stories together and to fantasise about possible futures for the neighbourhood.

The workshop is aimed at everyone who wants to experiment with sound and image and exchange ideas with others – regardless of age or previous knowledge.
