Confidential reporting team

The nGbK’s confidential reporting team sees itself as the initial point of contact in cases involving any form of discrimination or conflict. The confidential reporting team can be contacted by staff, members, and visitors to the nGbK, with complaints addressed either to individual team members or to the team as a whole. All communications with the members of the reporting team are treated confidentially, on request fully anonymous.

The confidential reporting team offers a confidential and safe space, in which we listen and support you, and where necessary put you in touch with professional counselling services. On request, we also explain potential further steps, as well as providing ongoing support during any such further measures within the nGbK or external.

For a first contact you may choose between contact via e-mail, phone, zoom or a personal meeting inside or outside of nGbK premises.

We speak German and English. Please reach out for other language requests.
