Palästina zwischen Augen: Geteilte Welten
Audiowalk with Miriam Schickler
Geteilte Welten is an audiowalk, a sonic intervention into Berlin Tiergarten’s memory landscapes. The German word „geteilt“ means both divided and shared. Exploring this tension, the artistic research project connects histories of National Socialism with colonial and migration histories. It considers Holocaust memorials and other public sites in their interconnections, asking: What is remembered, and what remains excluded? Through different forms of knowledge and perception, the walk explores possibilities for remembrance, commemoration and mourning across communities.
Participants are invited to download the audio walk in English or German for free and to bring their own audio playback device and headphones.
The download link will be sent by email after you register.
